Brycen has been a licensed real estate agent in Missouri since 2021 and Kansas since 2024, bringing a wealth of knowledge and experience to every transaction. With multiple designations hand selected to better serve clients, including ABR (Accredited Buyer’s Representative) and SRES (Seniors Real Estate Specialist), Brycen is well-equipped to meet the diverse needs of his clients. He holds a degree in Communications from Missouri Western State University, which enhances his negotiation skills and creativity in structuring the most beneficial deals for his clients. Brycen has successfully represented both buyers and sellers in residential, commercial, and land sales.

In 2024, Brycen co-founded the Coder Haggard Lehr Real Estate Group with the head of the group, Christian Coder in order to provide a comprehensive, client-focused approach to real estate. The group services the entire northwest Missouri area, including Kansas City, St. Joseph, Savannah, Maryville, Gower, Smithville, Platte City, and many others.
